Agreement between User and CallUsAll.com

Your use of CallUsAll.com’s services and websites is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and CallUsAll.com. CallUsAll.com is comprised of various web pages operated by CallUsAll, Inc.

CallUsAll.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein. Your use of CallUsAll.com constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices.

Modification of Terms of Service

CallUsAll, Inc. reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which CallUsAll.com are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.

Beta

CallUsAll.com may change significantly during the Beta period. We will be working to ensure the best possible experience for our users. While in Beta, CallUsAll.com cannot guarantee the accuracy or functionality of any text, application or software. Your cooperation, patience and assistance are appreciated.

CallUsAll Certified Consultants

CallUsAll Certified Consultants (“CCC”s) are high-performing Consultants who are paid for their services. CCCs are subject to these general Consultant Terms of Service as well as CCC Terms of Service.

Privacy

For information about CallUsAll.com’s privacy practices, please read our Privacy Statement. This policy explains how CallUsAll.com treats your personal information, and protects your privacy.

You agree to the use of your data in accordance with CallUsAll.com’s privacy policies.

Use of Communication

CallUsAll.com contains a Messaging service as well as Question Response and Resume applications designed to enable you to communicate with the businesses. You agree that when using this site, you will not, in any manner:

Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information.
Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.
Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying CallUsAll.com.
Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

CallUsAll.com has no obligation to monitor communication. However, CallUsAll.com reserves the right to review materials at any time and to remove any materials in its discretion. The standard penalty cycle for violating these rules is the removal of access to the account for 30 days for the first offense and permanently in the second offense.

CallUsAll.com reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in CallUsAll.com's sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information. CallUsAll.com specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the posted material and any actions resulting from your participation in the post of any such material. Businesses, partners and customer support representatives are not authorized CallUsAll.com spokespersons and their views do not necessarily reflect those of CallUsAll.com.

Account Termination

CallUsAll.com reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, this site at any time if CallUsAll.com decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this agreement or any relevant law, rule or regulation or you have engaged in conduct that CallUsAll.com considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.

If you want to terminate your legal agreement with CallUsAll.com, you may do so by notifying CallUsAll.com at any time. Your notice should be sent, in writing by Submitting a Ticket or emailing Admin@CallUsAll.com.

Passwords

You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access CallUsAll.com. Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to CallUsAll.com for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify CallUsAll.com immediately.

Advertisements

Some of the Services are supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions. The manner, mode and extent of advertising by CallUsAll.com on your experience are subject to change without specific notice to you. In consideration for CallUsAll.com granting you access to and use the site, you agree that CallUsAll.com may place such advertising on the Services.

Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of CallUsAll.com, you warrant to CallUsAll.com that you will not use CallUsAll.com for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices. You may not use CallUsAll.com in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair CallUsAll.com or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of CallUsAll.com. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through CallUsAll.com.

Materials Provided To CallUsAll.com

CallUsAll.com does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to CallUsAll.com (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any CallUsAll Web Site or its associated services. However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting information you are granting CallUsAll.com, its affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use your submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your submission; and to publish your name in connection with your submission.

CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. CALLUSALL.COM AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN CALLUSALL.COM AT ANY TIME. ADVICE RECEIVED VIA CALLUSALL.COM SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR PERSONAL, MEDICAL, LEGAL OR FINANCIAL DECISIONS AND YOU SHOULD CONSULT AN APPROPRIATE PROFESSIONAL FOR SPECIFIC ADVICE TAILORED TO YOUR SITUATION.
