CallUsAll Certified Consultants (“CCC”) Terms of Service

Agreement between CCC and CallUsAll.com

Your use of CallUsAll.com’s services and websites is subject to the general Terms of a legal agreement between a Consultant and CallUsAll.com (available here) as well as the Terms as set forth here.

Modification of Terms Of Service

CallUsAll, Inc. reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which CallUsAll.com are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.

Privacy

To ensure accurate payment ($1,000 per Question) and for tax reasons, we must collect more information for CCCs than for general Consultants. This information includes Address and Social Security Number or Federal Tax ID.

Payment

CCCs will receive a $1,000 in the form of a check for each CCC Question successfully completed. Checks will be processed and delivered within 4-8 weeks of the completion date.

Paid consultants will be treated as independent contractors and will responsible to complete a 1099 Form from the United State Internal Revenue Service. 1099 statements for the previous year will be mailed by January 30.

CallUsAll Certified Consultants

Consultants need a rating of at least +5 to become CallUsAll Certified Consultants (“CCC”s). CallUsAll.com may manually change a highly-performing Consultant’s rating in order to allow exceptional candidates to achieve CCC status.

The minimum +5 rating requirement is also subject to change at any time. In that event, an announcement will be made to all Businesses and Consultants.

Previously acknowledged CCCs will not lose their CCC status unless they violate these Terms, request to be removed by Submitting a Ticket or emailing Admin@CallUsAll.com or are inactive for a period longer than six months.

CCC may only be assigned one Question at a time. CCC Questions are available to CCCs on a first come, first serve for any CCC who does not have an assigned Question.

After a CCC accepts the responsibility for a question, the Business must confirm his or her acceptance. . A CCC must be approved within 24 hours of the Question’s Open Until date.

Approved CCCs are locked into the Question and will have 48 hours after the closing (Open Until date) of a Question to complete the CCC response and Top X selection. Please make note of this. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the resetting of a rating to 0 and the Consultant will immediately stripped of CCC status and not paid for this Question.

In the event that you will not be able to complete a CCC Question after Business approval, you must contact us at CCC@CallUsAll.com more than 48 hours before the closing (Open Until Date) of a Question or incur the same penalty outlined above.

In the event of this occurrence, all applicable CCCs will be contacted to serve as a replacement. As with normal CCCs, replacement CCCs must be approved by businesses. After approval, the replacement CCC will have just 24 hours to complete the task. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the resetting of a rating to 0 and the Consultant will immediately stripped of CCC status and not paid for this Question.

Businesses can rate the performance of CCCs. Negatively rated CCCs will be paid for the Question, but will be immediately stripped of CCC status and have their ratings reset to 0.

To provide enough time for Consultants to establish high ratings, CCC Questions may be purchased, but may not be activated during the Beta period.
